Week 7 Progress

I kind of finished week 7 this past week, unfortunately I missed 1 day of working out and plan on making it up today and trying to get back on schedule for next week. I did decently well considering the holiday and vacation. It felt good to workout while on vacation, it is the first time that I have really worked out while out of town. My stats didn't change a whole lot, but they also didn't go head in the wrong direction. Week 7 was pretty tough, I managed to do 30 reps of everything, but pull ups, I could only do about 5 unassisted pull-ups, then had to do assisted pull ups along with an alternative exercise to pull-ups. The Spartan 300 workout definitely pushes your body and isn't easy, but it also is a good check up to see how much stronger I have gotten since the beginning. I know for a fact that there is no way that I would have been able to do even 100 total reps. The strength that I have gained is unbelievable and also my endurance is better than I can remember since high school. As I mentioned before I am actually enjoying running, which is a complete shocker to me.

Since I did miss 1 day of working out I am going to add it to this week and instead of having Sunday off I will be exercising on Sunday. It will be a full week and tough, but I hate the fact that I missed a day of working out.
